Fishing at a weir on the river can be worth it, as weirs can create areas of slower-moving water where fish like to gather. The structure of the weir can also create hiding spots for fish, making it easier to catch them. However, it's important to check local regulations and make sure that fishing at the weir is allowed, as some weirs may be off-limits for fishing. Additionally, be mindful of safety concerns when fishing near a weir, as the water flow can be strong and unpredictable. **

A dam is a structure built across a river to control the flow of water and create a reservoir, while a weir is a low dam built across a river to raise the water level or divert it into a channel. Dams are typically larger and more substantial structures, often used for generating hydroelectric power or providing water for irrigation, while weirs are smaller and used for controlling water levels, preventing erosion, or measuring flow rates. Additionally, dams are often built with the intention of creating a large body of water behind them, while weirs are built to alter the flow of water without creating a reservoir. **

Next, place the Dutch oven or skillet in your oven and bake the bread at the same temperature and for the same amount of time as you would if you were baking it over a campfire. This method will give you a similar result to campfire bread, with a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior. **
